The problem

Empty chair time costs more than any ad spend.

Most practices are not short on marketing. They are short on knowing which part of it works, and which part quietly stopped working months ago.

The spend continues either way. So does the empty slot at 2pm.

  • 01Your report shows clicks, not patients.Fifteen of sixteen podiatry sites we audited could not see a single phone call in analytics. So the budget gets cut while the phone keeps ringing.
  • 02You are paying the healthcare rate. The benchmark is $120 or more per lead. When nobody is watching the account, that is the number that drifts, and nothing in the dashboard says so.
  • 03Something on your site is talking to strangers.73% of health clinic websites transmit user activity through third party marketing scripts, usually installed years ago by someone else.*
What makes this different

Not a sales call with the word audit on it.

You have been offered a free audit before. Here is the difference. We run the same four point check on your practice that we run every week on the practices we already manage, using the system we built to do it.

01

Search

Where you actually rank for the procedures you want, and what your map listing is doing for each office.

  • Rankings for money terms, not vanity keywords
  • Google Business Profile and review velocity
  • Whether your locations compete with each other
02

Ads

What the account spends, what it produces, and where the waste is sitting right now.

  • True cost per new patient call, not cost per click
  • Spend on terms that never book a patient
  • Campaign structure against how patients search
03

Tracking

The one most practices fail. Podiatry is a phone business, and most setups cannot see a call at all.

  • Are conversions firing, and counting the right thing
  • Are calls tracked per location, or invisible
  • Is the report counting forms while the phone rings
04

Compliance

Which third party scripts sit on your pages and what they send. Nobody checks this until it becomes a problem.

  • Every tracking script currently on your site
  • What patient activity is transmitted, and to whom
  • What to remove, and what to put in its place
Why our numbers look different

We measure on calls, so the cost comes down.

Nine in ten new patients call. Optimise on calls instead of clicks and the economics change.

$120+The healthcare benchmarkWhat most practices pay per lead when the account is optimised on form fills and clicks.
$17What our podiatry clients averagePer new patient call, from ad spend, across 38 location campaigns last month. Ten locations came in under $10.*
69%Arrive by phone, not formWhich is exactly why a form-only setup reports a fraction of the patients you actually got.
What the audit actually finds

Real partner data. Not a benchmark.

Three things we have found over and over. The first one is the reason most practices think their marketing is not working.

Finding 01 · Tracking · 16 podiatry sites audited
36calls for every 1 form fill

At one practice, the phone beat the contact form 36 to 1. The analytics counted the forms.

Fifteen of the sixteen podiatry sites we audited could not see a single phone call in analytics. So the report showed a handful of leads, the budget got cut, and the phone kept ringing the whole time.

$17per call, across 38 location campaigns

2,588 tracked calls in one month. Ten locations came in under $10 a call.

One campaign per location, one page per location and condition, every campaign optimised on calls instead of clicks. Healthcare’s benchmark is $120 or more per lead.

From near zero to cited on 511 AI Overview answers in twelve months, and 1.9K AI-search keywords in total.

AI Overviews now sit above the map pack on most podiatrist searches, so this practice is the name patients see first. Cost per new patient fell 40% over the same period after the keyword cleanup.

How it works

Three steps. The first takes a minute.

No passwords to hand over and no screen share to sit through.

01 · Tell us where to look

Your name and your website

That is everything we need to start. No account access required for the audit itself.

02 · We run the check

Search, ads, tracking, compliance

We pull it ourselves using the same system that runs our partner practices, then rank what we find by what would fill your schedule first.

03 · You get the report

One clear document, plain language

What works, what is broken, what to fix first. Take it to us, or take it to your current team.

What is in the report

Specific enough to hand to whoever runs your marketing.

Including if that is us, and including if it is not.

Your true cost per new patient callCalculated from spend and real booked calls, not clicks or form fills.
A ranked fix listOrdered by what moves patient volume first, with an honest read on effort.
Per location breakdownMore than one office means each is reported separately. Averages hide the problem office.
A tracking script inventoryEvery third party script on your site and what it transmits.
Your visibility positionWhere you rank against the practices competing for the same patients.
What is safe to leave aloneIf something already works, we say so. Not everything needs replacing.
Before you book

The questions every owner asks.

01Is the audit really free?
Yes, and the report is yours to keep whether you hire us or not. There is no obligation and no pitch deck. If your setup is already in good shape, we will tell you that.
02Do you need access to my accounts?
Not for the audit. We can see your search visibility, your site and your tracking from the outside. If you want the ad account reviewed in depth, read-only access helps, but it is your call.
03Is this safe for a medical practice?
Yes, and it is the first thing we look at. No social pixels or session recording on the site, Google Signals off, conversions on the click ID only, a consent banner on, and a business associate agreement before we touch a CRM. Only aggregate counts ever leave it.
04We already have an agency. What then?
Bring their last report. If it shows cost per phone call and booked patients, keep them. If it shows sessions and impressions, the audit will show you the gap, and you can hand it to them to fix.
05What does it cost if we work together?
A flat monthly fee per practice, priced by location count, never a percentage of your revenue. Taylor gives you the exact number with the audit, once we know which plays you actually need.
